I have a high debt to income ratio because all of my income is not reported. Please dont say I deserve it for not paying all my taxes because my company is on a tip compliance with the IRS and they only make us pay tips on $20 per hour even though I make closer to $40. I am serious about this loan and I am willing to pay a higher interest rate but will not fall for any scams with up front fees. My credit is fair to good with my score appr. 640. I also do not have any problems on my credit. I have always paid what I owed and know I will pay this also. If you know of any lenders that could help me I would appreciate it. thank you
