I had my car repossessed about 1 year ago. Payment was in transit and as soon as they received the payment (2 days later) my car was released. I am looking to buy a new car and realized my credit score was hurt but can I get a new car loan with a very valid co-signer?
Here is my situation:
I have 6 months of good credit card history, but nothing else
I own 2 acres of completely paid off land
I am 20 years old
Someone told me that i need 3 years of credit history to get a home loan. Is this true?
I am expecting to pay about 25% down payment, but I just want to make sure that i can get a loan without a co-signer.
I have horrible credit. I have a private student loan that someone co-signed for me. Her husband saw it on her credit report and wants it off now. So I need to find another lender that will deal with bad credit and get another loan to replace this one and it has to be done quickly. I’ve already tried to consolidate all my private loans but it’s a no go without a co-signer. So it’s just this one loan that I need to get changed. Is there a company that deals with bad credit and private student loan consolidation?
I have already used all my federal loans. Because of my husbands income I don’t qualify for alot. So I have to use private loans also.
If someone forges my name as a co-signer on a student loan what can be done to them? Can my name be taken off the note and my credit restored if they haven’t been paying the loan?
My car and house arent paid for. What else could I use and what is the max personal loan amount without collateral at a bank with a co signer?
If I end up paying these loan payments to protect my credit what legal actions can I take against my friend. Can I sue to recalim the money, my credit is already damaged by this should I just declare bankruptcy. I need some advice!
