ummm…sure,,,,but will need some collateral and probably a co-signer &might have to get what they call borrwoers insurance or something like that………
No wait its default insurance…..yeah…thats it….
all this might make the payments higher…along with the interest…….
Might consider Co-signer or Co-Borrower…

yes it is, but your interest rate will be high.

Yes you can get a loan but the interest rates will be high for you.
November 16, 2008 - 5:33 am
Yes, but your payments will be higher than someone with better credit. The interest will be outrageous, because the lender is looking at it like they are doing you a huge favor. Try to put down as much as you can.

Instead of looking for a car loan…why dont you go to a buy here pay here. Usually its $1000.00 down for a car and $1500.00 down for a truck/SUV. Thats what I did when I was in your situation..I got tired of all the salesmen saying sorry and having alot of ppl looking at your credit report is not good either. Hope this helps…..You could also find a co signer if you dont want to go to a buy here pay here.
Also my payments were reasonable..the interest was no way near as high as it would have been if I went to a dealership!!

Yes, it is possible. I am trying for the same thing. I’ve been reading online and it says to have a good down payment. Which with bad credit i’ve been reading from 25% to 35% down. I’m planning on putting 5k down for a 16k car, and hoping that will help.

yes you can but for a loan in that amount you will need a cosigner, and your interest rate will be outrageous

There are not many people in this world who do not get excited by the prospect of buying a new car. This excitement can sometimes be deflated by the whole finance thing. If your credit history is not so good Let face it, we all need a reliable car to get around, and most of us would rather drive a nice new or late car than an old bomb.
